when you forget to do something that was supposed to be done long time ago. Put
it in a list! Making a to-do list will help keep your life on track and
eventually become a good habit to master.

Take time to cleanse
your spirit/ soul. For example, I like to sage on Sundays. The herbs used to
burn and sage my space also provides an apothecary vibe to start my week. However,
we are all healing different so there are different ways to cleanse/detox your
spirit. The most popular was is to take time to listen to what your heart needs
to feel whole again.
