When the hair/nail/skin supplements came out it was the most popular thing to get as a part of your bodily regimen. Evening primrose provides aid with issues like breast pain and PMS. An oil is extracted to be a part of many cosmetics such as eczema products.

Don’t you just hate when you forget to do something that was supposed to be done long time ago. Put it in a list! Making a to-do list will help keep your life on track and eventually become a good habit to master.

Cleansing/Detoxing your Spirit

Take time to cleanse your spirit/ soul. For example, I like to sage on Sundays. The herbs used to burn and sage my space also provides an apothecary vibe to start my week. However, we are all healing different so there are different ways to cleanse/detox your spirit. The most popular was is to take time to listen to what your heart needs to feel whole again.
