The whole idea of being “broke” is not the ideal look in 2020 so let’s develop a hustle mentality. To budget means to manage your money by creating financial discipline and here is QU’s 3 tips to start easy budgeting.

TRY A SAVINGS PLAN

A quick way to stack up at least $100 in a month is by saving my $1 and $5 bills. Every week I spend in cash $50 as part of my weekly budget. By the end of the week, all the $1 and $5 that I have after spending is placed in a jar. In a way I am not really spending $50 fully because the little left is put away. It is a quick way for me to save some sort of money or get a special treat at the end of the month for being so financially disciplined.

Journaling has become a big part in helping people keep track of their thoughts. Keeping a financial journal will ensure that you are always on budget. I keep my financial goals in my journal for things like monthly budgeting and future plans with my money.
