Let's boost your self-worth!

 In 2019 I published my first book Glow Ingredients in the mist of my life where I felt like I needed to really learn and give my self more love in order to evolve. I wanted to be a boss woman who was not only strong but successful and motivational to others but knew I needed to do some internal work prior. 

So let's boost your self worth, here are some key things that can change your life today.

1. Affirm yourself daily with positive words : Speak to yourself nicely to secure a positive mindset. 

2. Clean up your environment and keep it clean : Your environment can have a bad influence. Change it up by surrounding your self with good people and a atmosphere that promotes positivity. 

3. Invest in your personal growth: Go to the gym, go the church, go to the networking event, etc. Do things that will help you grow into a better person. 

4. Say good bye to people and things that bring negativity to your life: Stop spending time doing things that don't benefit you. You can't get distracted when you want to be great, say goodbye.
