I Need a DETOX!!

 From time to time I like to detox my body and mind especially when I feel overwhelmed or have gone through a hard time. This can be in a physical or spiritual sense. On my detox days I love to take the time off from work or any serious projects to ensure I am completely focus on me. This is a time of healing so the main focus should be getting you better. 

Some of the main activities I like to do are geared toward healing my full trinity. For some examples I love to pray. Prayer is a form of meditation and I believe helps you release some inner thoughts or issues that are bothering you. Another example is I like to do some sort of spiritual / physical activity such as going to the spa or working out at the park. This will give me a chance to focus on something else that will detox and heal  my body. 



Sounds easy, yes? But in reality it can be a bit hard. These activities can be conducted in different ways base on what you think you need to be a better individual. So stop, breathe... no for real take a deep breath. Let's detox.
