Let's do some mirror work⃞⃞⃞⃞⃞⃞⃞⃞

Mirror work is used mainly when people are trying to find them selves on a deeper level. With a mix of different self practices you  spend time in total self-reflect. During this time you may be asking questions about love, family, career, and desires in hope to improve your life. In hopes, to answer some things about who you are. 

Now something I think most of us experience is that we are exposed to different identities. With this ,  partially we may also used what we have been exposed to ...to identify our own selves. Yet, with mirror work there is more of reflection being made than repairs. Take the time to reflect on all things about you from the food you like to the type of life you want in the next 5 years. And its ok to repeatedly keep coming back to check in with yourself.
